Meet The Maker
Since they first met Matilde Pereda y Agustín Casabal shared the same passion: discover and enjoy good wines. This was the beginning of a life together.
In 2000, they bought an estate in Agrelo. They began a new adventure that it would also be their life project. They started a family. Their four kids were born and raised in contact with nature.
Some years later they decided to buy another two estates: one in Ugarteche and the other one in Vista Flores. From that moment on, they have worked not only with varietal blends but also with the diversity of terroirs of their estates.
Nowadays, their love and passion for Monte Quieto encourages them to continue working on the excellence of their wines.
