Our mission at TASTE is to cultivate community through the Good Life. We have always valued diversity and inclusion, and currently our community of TASTE team members includes 25 to 41% non-white employees, but we certainly recognize there is room for improvement. To that end, we have created a Diversity and Inclusion Committee and made it our number one goal to hire more BIPOC to our teams during our current rehiring process, and to ensure that all current BIPOC employees of TASTE are trained, paid, promoted, and benefited equally in relation to non-BIPOC employees.
