Background: I started working in restaurants when I was eighteen and fell in love with the industry. I spent most of my career in the Williamsburg area working at Chef David Everett's Blue Talon Bistro and DoG Street Pub. It was at DoG Street Pub that I took the leap into management and I haven't looked back since.
About Me: I love to travel, an attribute passed on to me from my parents. It is my goal to explore a new country/state every year. I’ve been to 6 countries so far! Whether it is a foreign country, another state, or just the town over, there is a lot to be learned from our neighbors. And what is life if not constantly learning.
